Occasionally, the emails we try to send to you do not arrive. The most common causes are the following.

  • Wait - It can take several minutes for the email to arrive. Wait ten minutes at least.

  • Mistyped - You mistyped your email address. In this case you will not be able to confirm your email address and will not be able to use your account at all. Find out what to do if you entered your email address incorrectly.

  • Spam - Look in your spam, junk or bulk folder for the email. Check all other folders and tabs you have in your email software. If our email is in one of those folders, your spam filter is too strict. Add our email address to your safe sender list in your email client software.

  • Sender authorization - Your email service is way too strict and requires you to specifically authorize our sender address before receiving any emails from us.

If you have fixed your email issues, and would like us to send you another email address verification email, log into your unconfirmed account and click the button to resend the email.

If you tried everything listed above and you are still not receiving emails, submit a ticket describing in detail the issue you are experiencing.
